WAI CHI HOLD (01305) has announced the completion of its acquisition of the entire equity interest in Joyful Family Consultant Limited. All conditions precedent outlined in the sale and purchase agreement have been satisfied, and the transaction was formally concluded on December 31, 2025, in accordance with the agreement's terms. Following the completion, the target company has become an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of WAI CHI HOLD. Consequently, the financial performance, assets, and liabilities of the target company will be consolidated into the Group's financial statements.
