Champion Alliance International Holdings Limited (CHAMP ALLI INTL, 01629) has issued a profit warning for the year ended 31 December 2025. Based on a preliminary review of unaudited consolidated management accounts, the Board expects a loss attributable to owners of the Company in the range of RMB24.00 million to RMB28.00 million. This contrasts sharply with the RMB3.00 million profit recorded in FY2024.

Management attributes the anticipated turnaround to a provision for impairment of trade receivables and other receivables, carrying a net impact of approximately RMB33.00 million.

The annual results have yet to be finalised or reviewed by the Company’s auditor or audit committee. Final audited figures are scheduled for release in late March 2026.
