On 30 April 2026, HAO WEN HLDGS announced that its 2025 Annual Report is now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.tricor.com.hk/webservice/008019) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy communications will receive the printed report by mail. Those preferring physical copies—or encountering difficulties with email notifications or website access—can request printed versions at no cost by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar.

The company emphasised that shareholders bear responsibility for providing and maintaining a valid email address. Without a functional email on record, shareholders will receive only printed notifications and actionable corporate communications until an updated email address is supplied.
