China Resources Beer Requests Shareholders to Opt for Electronic Receipt of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express
Sep 08

China Resources Beer (Holdings) Company Limited has circulated a letter to newly registered shareholders, encouraging them to select their preferred method for receiving all future corporate communications—either in electronic form via the company’s website (www.crbeer.com.hk) or in hard copy.

Shareholders opting for the Electronic Communication Option will receive an email alert on the day any new document (including annual and interim reports, meeting notices or circulars) is posted online, provided an email address is supplied. If no email address is given, a postal notification will be dispatched instead.

To formalise their choice, investors must complete the accompanying Instruction Slip and submit it to the company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by one of three channels: 1) Fax: +852 2861 1465 2) Email: crbeer291-ecom@vistra.com 3) Post: using the pre-paid return envelope.

Shareholders may revise their selection at any time without charge by resubmitting the Instruction Slip through the same channels. Those who encounter difficulty accessing documents electronically can request printed copies from the registrar at no cost.

In the absence of a reply, China Resources Beer will continue to deliver printed communications to the shareholder’s registered address. Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline on +852 2980 1333.

The letter is signed by Executive Director and Board Chairman Zhao Chunwu on behalf of China Resources Beer (Holdings) Company Limited.
