UNQ HOLDINGS (02177) has announced that Ms. Wu Xiuwei has resigned from her positions as Co-Company Secretary and the company's Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules, effective March 30, 2026, due to work reassignment. Ms. Poon Wai Shan has been appointed as Co-Company Secretary and Authorized Representative to fill the vacancy left by Ms. Wu, effective from the same date. Mr. Shen Yu will continue to serve as the other Co-Company Secretary.
