泰德医药此次IPO发行价为30.6港元，共发行1680万股，募资净额约4.29亿港元。公司计划将40%的募资用于在美国加州扩建产能，以满足北美市场对多肽API的需求。此外，公司还将在中国扩建产能，并在欧洲设立销售及售后服务办事处。
