根据公告，自2026年6月18日至7月21日，公司于香港联交所先后回购H股合计80,088,000股，累计耗资约3.29亿港元；自2026年6月18日至7月30日，于上海证券交易所回购A股86,422,450股，总金额约4.09亿元人民币。由于相关股份尚未注销，截至公告日，公司H股与A股的已发行股本分别维持在23,782,600,600股和97,142,913,622股。
公司确认该等回购均符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的要求。公告由董事会秘书张征签署。
