KATO (HK) HLDGS Reports Stable Share Capital for May 2026; Public Float Compliance Affirmed

For the month ended 31 May 2026, KATO (HK) HLDGS (incorporated in the Cayman Islands) recorded no changes in either its authorised or issued share capital, according to its latest filing with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited. Key highlights follow:

• Authorised share capital remained at 3.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing HKD 30.00 million in total.

• Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares during the month.

• The board confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares as of 31 May 2026.

• Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 20 May 2019 (exercise price HKD 0.60), 60.00 million options were outstanding, with no options exercised or lapsed in May. Up to 40.00 million additional shares remain available for future grants.

• No warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other share-issue arrangements were reported for the period.

The monthly return was submitted on 1 June 2026 and signed by Company Secretary Mr Kwok Chi Kan, who certified full compliance with all applicable listing and regulatory requirements.
