CCOE issues clarification: H-share transfer cut-off for AGM advanced to 29 May 2026

Shanxi Changcheng Microlight Equipment Co. Ltd. (CCOE) released a clarification announcement concerning its 15 May 2026 notice of annual general meeting (AGM).

The company corrected item (iv) of the original notice, confirming that holders of H-shares must lodge completed transfer forms and accompanying share certificates with the H-share registrar by 4:00 p.m. on 29 May 2026—one day earlier than the previously stated 30 May 2026—to qualify for attendance and voting at the AGM scheduled for 30 June 2026.

CCOE also confirmed that the form of proxy uploaded at 18:20 on 15 May 2026 is the only valid version for the forthcoming AGM; any earlier versions issued on the same date are no longer applicable.

Apart from the revised deadline and proxy confirmation, all other information in the original AGM notice and proxy form remains unchanged and in force.

As disclosed, the board currently consists of eight directors: three executive, two non-executive, and three independent non-executive members. The announcement will appear on the HKEX “Latest Listed Company Information” webpage for at least seven days and is also available on the company’s website.
