CHINA SUNTIEN (00956) has announced that Mr. Wang Xueqing has recently obtained the "Board Secretary Appointment Training Certificate." His qualification for the position has been reviewed by the Shanghai Stock Exchange with no objections raised. Effective from the date his qualification was approved, Mr. Wang Xueqing has officially commenced his duties as Board Secretary. Consequently, Mr. Tan Jianxin, the company's Executive Director and President, will no longer act as the interim Board Secretary.
