MP CARDIOFLOW-B (02160) saw its shares climb nearly 5% in early trading on Thursday, rising 4.72% to HK$1.33 with turnover of HK$2.302 million.

Driving the rally, the company announced that it expects to record revenue of no less than US$153 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, with a net loss not exceeding US$25 million. This marks the first full consolidation of its cardiac rhythm management business into the group's financial statements following the acquisition completion on December 19, 2025.

During the reporting period, the global cardiac rhythm management business continued its steady growth, with China's pacemaker implantation volume achieving double-digit percentage increases. Meanwhile, the company's VitaFlow Liberty® transcatheter aortic valve replacement system has accelerated its commercial rollout in CE-marked regions, with registrations and sales simultaneously ramping up in emerging markets. The system achieved implant volume growth of over 350% in more than 40 countries outside China compared to the same period last year, and set a new monthly record with over 250 implants.
