Shenzhen Dynanonic Co.,Ltd. (300769.SZ) announced that it previously planned to sign a joint venture agreement with Amsterdam Fertilizers, a subsidiary of ICL Group Ltd., to jointly increase capital in ICL BM, S.L. Upon completion of the capital increase, the company would hold a 20% stake in the project, which primarily focused on lithium iron phosphate production. On November 12, 2025, the company's board of directors reviewed and approved a proposal to terminate the joint venture project with ICL, agreeing to the termination and authorizing the management to negotiate and sign relevant termination agreements with the joint venture partner.
