PACIFIC LEGEND（08547）8月17日晚间公告称，关于公司早前于2026年7月16日披露的清盘呈请事宜，相关聆讯已于2026年8月17日举行，但裁决被押后，具体日期尚未确定。公司表示，将在裁决作出时发布进一步公告，及时向股东及投资者通报最新进展。
董事会在听取法律顾问意见并审慎评估后认为：（i）公司就该申索拥有充分且有效的抗辩理由；（ii）呈请所涉债务属于公司一间附属公司，呈请人系向并非适当法律实体提出申索，公司对此拥有强而有力且充分的抗辩；（iii）除呈请所涉金额外，公司预期可能面临的其他潜在损失不重大。
目前，公司正就相关事宜继续寻求法律意见，并将按需要适时发布公告。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时应保持审慎。
截至本公告日，董事会成员包括执行董事黄咏雯女士、黄瑞熾先生及罗世杰先生；独立非执行董事苏伟成先生、李光明先生及陈健新先生。
