iWOW Technology Limited announced on Apr, 14 2026 that it has formed a strategic partnership with the global peer-learning platform GetSetUp, marking the latter’s entry into Singapore at the World Ageing Festival.
The collaboration aims to shift perceptions of ageing from a care-recipient model to one in which older adults are active contributors, producers and lifelong learners. GetSetUp’s platform allows seniors to teach peers, take part in knowledge-based flexible work and acquire new skills, supporting what the companies call “productive ageing.”
The partners plan to extend virtual learning and community engagement to complement Singapore’s Active Ageing Centres, enabling older adults to join classes and social activities online. Initial programmes will focus on practical uses of artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini, taught by senior instructors to boost confidence and digital inclusion.
iWOW said the initiative forms part of a broader strategy to evolve from an AgeTech solutions provider into a holistic eldercare ecosystem builder. The company’s Buddy of Parents brand previously won a DBS Foundation Impact Beyond Award, and DBS Foundation welcomed the new partnership as furthering positive social impact for seniors.
