CIDI (03881) Proposes Share Subdivision and Change in Board Lot Size

CIDI (03881) announced that the Board of Directors has proposed to subdivide each existing issued share with a par value of RMB 1.00 in the company's share capital into 10 subdivided shares, each with a par value of RMB 0.10. Following the completion of the share subdivision, the company will amend its articles of association accordingly to reflect the changes in its share capital. As of the date of this announcement, the company's H shares are traded on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in board lots of 10 H shares. Subject to and conditional upon the share subdivision taking effect, it is proposed that the board lot size for trading on the Exchange be changed from 10 H shares to 100 subdivided H shares.
