中国智能座舱解决方案商博泰车联是次拟全球发售1,043.69万股，公开发售占10%。基石投资者地平线机器人-W(09660.HK) 旗下Horizon Together、Huangshan SP及Smart Ventures合共认购454.65万股，占发售总数43.56%。禁售承诺最后日期2026年3月30日。
