Bama Tea Repurchases 10,000 H Shares, Treasury Stock Rises to 1.31 Million Units

Bama Tea Co., Ltd. disclosed in a Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it repurchased 10,000 H shares on 28 September 2026. The on-exchange buyback was executed within a price range of HKD 27.60 to HKD 29.86 per share, resulting in a total outlay of HKD 0.28 million and a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 28.44 per share.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined marginally by 0.012 % to 83.61 million, while treasury shares increased to 1.31 million. The total issued share count remained unchanged at 84.92 million.

Since receiving shareholder approval for a repurchase mandate on 21 April 2026, Bama Tea has bought back 1.31 million shares—equivalent to 2.48 % of the issued share base at the mandate date—out of an authorised 5.30 million. All repurchased shares to date are being held as treasury shares; none have been cancelled.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares, extending through 28 October 2026. Management confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable listing rules, legal requirements and the company’s board authorisations.
