C CARBONNEUTRAL (01372) announced the following changes effective from November 27, 2025: Mr. Chen Yonglan has been re-designated from Co-Chairman to Chairman; Mr. Zhong Guoxing has been re-designated from Co-Chairman to Vice Chairman and from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director; Mr. Zhang Xiaodong has been appointed as Executive Director and Vice President; Mr. Wang Guangzu has resigned as alternate director to Mr. Geng Zhiyuan (Non-Executive Director, Honorary Chairman, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee) due to personal career commitments preventing him from dedicating sufficient time to the company's duties; and Mr. Chen Lei has been appointed as alternate director to Mr. Geng (Non-Executive Director, Honorary Chairman, and Chairman of the Nomination Committee).
