Recently, Jiangsu GUOFUHEE Technology & Equipment Co., Ltd. (GUOFUHEE, 02582), Inner Mongolia Mengfa GUOFUHEE Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Mengfa GUOFUHEE), and the Siziwang Banner People's Government of Ulanqab City officially signed an agreement. The three parties will leverage their respective advantages to develop an integrated wind-solar green hydrogen production and liquefaction project, accelerating the large-scale development of the regional hydrogen energy industry.

According to the agreement, the core project of the three-party collaboration plans to invest approximately 50 billion yuan and will be constructed in three phases. Upon completion, the project will achieve a hydrogen production capacity of 120 tons per day with an annual capacity of approximately 40,000 tons, becoming a leading green hydrogen production base in the region.

Regarding core facility configuration, the project will be equipped according to production capacity requirements: the hydrogen production system will deploy 60 units of 1000Nm³/h electrolyzers; hydrogen storage facilities matching project demands will ensure safe hydrogen storage and stable supply; simultaneously, a hydrogen liquefaction system with processing capacity of 120 tons per day will be constructed, along with complete process equipment including water electrolysis hydrogen production, hydrogen purification, automated control systems, and liquid hydrogen storage and loading facilities, forming a complete production loop, while improving auxiliary facilities and utility systems.

To promote project implementation, the Siziwang Banner government will coordinate with grid companies to guarantee 1GW green electricity supply for the project in accordance with regional energy planning; GUOFUHEE and Mengfa GUOFUHEE will establish over 20 "oil, gas, hydrogen, electricity" comprehensive energy stations to address green hydrogen and liquid hydrogen market absorption issues; meanwhile, they plan to establish a liquid hydrogen transportation headquarters in Siziwang Banner, deploying liquid hydrogen transport containers and logistics vehicles to create a national liquid hydrogen transportation and distribution center.

In this collaboration, the Siziwang Banner government will provide coordination support within policy scope, Mengfa GUOFUHEE will leverage GUOFUHEE's technical accumulation and Mengfa's local resources to promote project implementation. The three parties will work closely together to inject strong momentum into regional energy transformation and the nation's "dual carbon" goals.
