7Road Holdings Limited filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 19 May 2026, confirming that the company’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 2.75 billion ordinary shares as of the same date.

• Buyback activity: From 8 April to 19 May 2026, the company repurchased a total of 5.52 million shares for cancellation, representing 0.20% of the shares in issue when the 2025 buyback mandate was approved.

• Price range: Repurchases were executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 0.55 and HKD 0.76 per share.

• Latest transaction: On 19 May 2026, 30,000 shares were bought back at HKD 0.55 each for a consideration of HKD 16,500.

• Mandate utilisation: After the latest trade, 5.52 million shares have been bought under the 275.32 million-share mandate granted on 20 May 2025.

• Moratorium: In accordance with listing rules, 7Road is restricted from issuing new shares until 18 June 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.

All repurchases were authorised by the board and executed in compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements. No treasury shares are held, and all repurchased shares are pending cancellation.
