China CIRC (01763) announced that the company’s publicly issued technology innovation corporate bonds, known as “24同辐K1”, aimed at professional investors, will begin paying interest on October 27, 2025. This date is rescheduled from October 25, 2025, due to a holiday. The interest period runs from October 25, 2024, to October 24, 2025. The total issuance amount is 500 million Yuan, with a nominal interest rate of 2.25%. Each bond has a face value of 1,000 Yuan, resulting in an interest distribution of 22.50 Yuan (tax included).
