2026年上半年，重庆钢铁股份实现营收118.26亿元，同比下降9.62%。公司同期经调整净利润为-1.79亿元。报告期内毛利率约0.84%，经营利润率为-1.51%。经营活动产生的现金流净额约5.63亿元，同比下降36.09%。期间公司研发费用约0.29亿元，占营收比重约0.24%，同比增长93.78%，显示公司在技术创新领域的持续投入。销售费用约0.33亿元，同比上升4.79%，管理费用约1.30亿元，同比下降0.82%。
在业务结构中，公司主要钢材产品实现营收约116.95亿元。其中，热卷业务贡献68.90亿元，同比下降15.12%；板材业务营收36.60亿元，同比下降8.02%；而钢坯业务则增长显著。整体来看，钢材累计销售量同比减少9.05%。此外，公司其他相关业务板块实现营收约6.97亿元。
公司在财报中透露，下半年将进一步聚焦采购端优化、强化产销联动以及加快高附加值产品的结构升级，并持续推动降本增效、多元化经营以及能源与制造工艺优化，以应对行业景气度下行带来的挑战。
