The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX) has received certification that Ever Reach Group (Holdings) Company Limited’s three directors—Mr. Li Xiaobing, Mr. Wang Zhenfeng and Mr. Wang Quan—and five senior managers—Ms. Yu Liping, Mr. Cao Hongwei, Mr. Zhang Hao, Mr. Lu Jianchao and Ms. Shen Shuju—have completed the 21 hours of regulatory, legal and Listing Rules coursework required under the Statement of Disciplinary Action issued on 9 July 2026.

The mandate formed part of disciplinary measures imposed after HKEX determined breaches of the Listing Rules. Written confirmation detailing full compliance was submitted, attesting that all named individuals fulfilled the training obligation. HKEX also stipulated that former executive director Ms. Qi Chunfeng, who did not participate in the program, must complete equivalent training before accepting any future directorships at companies listed or seeking listing on HKEX.

Ever Reach Group stated that the training directive has now been fully satisfied. The board currently comprises four executive directors—Mr. Li Xiaobing, Mr. Wang Zhenfeng, Ms. Li Man and Mr. Wang Quan—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Lee Kwok Lun, Mr. Wei Jian and Mr. Fang Cheng.
