Anhui Expressway (00995) has announced that during the relevant period, the company purchased a total of 24.2627 million A-shares and 31.01 million H-shares of Shenzhen Expressway Corporation Limited on the market. The total purchase prices were RMB 222.8 million (approximately HKD 252 million) and RMB 206 million (approximately HKD 233 million), respectively, excluding transaction costs. The purchase prices were paid in cash from the company's internal resources.
