Duiba Releases 2025 ESG Report: Sets 10% Carbon-Cut Target by 2035, Lifts R&D Spend to RMB38.30 Million

Duiba Group Limited published its sixth Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, covering operations from 1 January to 31 December 2025 across its SaaS platform and internet advertising businesses in mainland China.

Governance and Oversight • The Board retains ultimate responsibility for ESG strategy, supported by a Sustainability Steering Committee chaired by the board secretary and a cross-functional Sustainability Working Group. • Climate considerations have been integrated into major business decisions; progress against ESG goals is reviewed annually.

Climate Strategy and Targets • New absolute reduction target: total Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse-gas (GHG) emissions to fall 5% by or before 2030 and 10% by or before 2035 versus the 2025 base year. • 2025 baseline emissions: 584.41 tCO2e, of which Scope 1 and 2 contributed 364.55 tCO2e and newly disclosed Scope 3 categories (waste and business travel) 219.86 tCO2e. • Energy use reached 700.03 MWh, with electricity accounting for 580.82 MWh; energy intensity was 153.43 kWh per m².

Operational Highlights • System availability maintained at 99.99%, limiting downtime to under five minutes for the year. • R&D headcount totalled 120, or 24% of staff, and R&D spending rose to RMB38.30 million. Duiba held 298 intellectual-property assets, including 69 trademarks and 11 patents. • Paying customers for charged SaaS services numbered 580; newly signed SaaS contracts reached 413 with an aggregate value of RMB111.30 million.

Human Capital • Workforce stood at 506 full-time employees, 64% of whom were women. • Total training hours reached 2,172, with an average of 2.5 hours for female staff and 2.8 hours for male staff. • One work-related injury was recorded (two lost days); no work-related fatalities occurred in the past three years.

Resource Management • Non-hazardous waste generated totalled 56.89 tonnes; 37% was recycled. • Water consumption was 3,646 m³, with no sourcing issues reported.

Ethics and Supply Chain • No material breaches of laws relating to product compliance, data privacy, advertising, health or safety were reported. • All suppliers signed integrity commitments; 25 non-media suppliers met Duiba’s green-procurement guidelines. • Anti-corruption training covered 360 employees during the year, and no corruption cases were concluded.

Community Engagement • Donations were made to charity federations in Hangzhou and Suqian and to two universities, aligning with the Group’s focus on education and community welfare.
