1. Access Method • The board encourages shareholders to view the “Website Version” of the Annual Report 2025 and the 30 April 2026 Circular online. • Both documents can be downloaded free of charge from the websites listed above.

2. Printed Copies on Request • Non-registered holders who experience difficulty accessing the online documents may request printed copies (English, Chinese, or both) at no cost. • A completed and signed Request Form must be returned to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or via email to 1629-ecom@vistra.com.

3. Communication Preferences • Non-registered holders will receive future notices of publication by email or post only if their intermediary (bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Ltd.) has provided the shareholder’s functional email or postal address to the company. • Shareholders are advised to supply a valid email address to their intermediaries to facilitate electronic communication.

4. Validity Period • The instruction to receive printed copies remains effective until 31 December 2026 or until written notice is given to the branch share registrar, whichever is earlier. • A further written request is required to continue receiving printed copies after that date.
