OKURA HOLDINGS (01655) has announced the completion of a placement involving 84.98 million shares on February 13, 2026. The shares were priced at HK$0.143 each, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$10.38 million. Roughly 50% of the funds will be allocated for the purchase of pachinko and pachislot machines, while 30% is designated for the renovation or upgrade of the group's existing pachinko parlors and related marketing expenses. The remaining 20% will be used for the company's general working capital requirements.
