值得注意的是，公司已获得约50万加元的投资承诺。所筹资金将专项用于收购土耳其萨勒卡亚矿山资产，并计划依托现有基础设施启动采矿作业。该矿区锌矿床品位突出，普遍超过30%，将成为开发重点。
本次私募预计于2025年7月31日左右完成交割，具体时间取决于监管审批进度。根据公告，公司拟利用矿区现有生产设施快速推进采矿作业，重点开发高品位锌矿资源。
