国鸿氢能科技（嘉兴）股份有限公司（09663）于2025年12月2日发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日回购1,286,000股H股，占回购前公司已发行股份（不含库藏股）约0.25079%。回购价格介乎每股港币5.15至5.16元，合计支付金额约港币663.58万元。
本次回购后，公司于2025年12月2日的已发行股份数量（不含库藏股）为387,350,566股，库藏股数量增至6,547,500股，已发行股份总数（含库藏股）仍为393,898,066股。公司提及，此次回购根据其于2025年6月26日通过的回购授权进行，授权总数为35,159,058股，至今已累计回购5,544,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股份总数约1.0723%。
公告同时指出，公司确认有关回购事宜严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法例。本次公告由联席公司秘书王骏签署。
