Metaspacex Limited (Metaspacex) reported that Mr. Chung Cheuk Man resigned as joint company secretary and authorised representative, effective 28 April 2026, to pursue personal goals. The Board confirmed that Mr. Chung raised no disagreements and no issues require shareholder attention.

Mr. Chow Yun Cheung has been appointed to both roles, also effective 28 April 2026. Mr. Chow is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and brings more than 20 years of accounting, corporate finance and compliance experience. Following the appointment, Metaspacex’s joint company secretaries are Mr. Lo Cheuk Fung and Mr. Chow Yun Cheung.

Separately, trading in Metaspacex shares has been halted since 9:00 a.m. on 10 April 2026 pending disclosure of a decrease in the controlling shareholder’s stake and additional inside information under the Hong Kong Takeovers Code. The halt will continue until further notice. Shareholders and prospective investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
