温岭工量刃具(01379)宣布，于2026年5月8日举行的股东周年大会上，2025年度末期股息方案获股东以投票表决方式正式批准。公司将向于股权登记日2026年5月15日名列股东名册的股东，派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息每股人民币0.12元（税前）。
股息将以人民币分派予内资股股东，预计派发日期为2026年5月18日；H股股东则以港元收款，按中国人民银行公布的港元兑人民币平均基准汇率1.1364港元兑1.0000元计算，每股H股应派末期股息约0.1364港元（税前），预计派发日期为2026年6月1日。为确定股东获派股息的权利，H股股东股份过户登记手续将于2026年5月14日至15日暂停，过户文件须于5月13日下午4时30分前送达。
关于股息预扣税安排，根据相关法规，对境外非居民企业H股股东，公司将按10%税率代扣代缴企业所得税；对H股个人股东，一般按10%税率代扣代缴个人所得税，税务法规或税收协议另有规定者除外。本次股东周年大会各项决议案均获100%投票赞成通过，包括授出发行新股的一般授权及修订组织章程细则等特别决议案。
