华信地产财务公布，其全资子公司捷径科技(香港)有限公司于2026年6月10日收市后在公开市场进一步买入美国国债。完成交易后，集团持有的未偿美国国债投资总额增至约3,440万港元。
最新一笔交易涉及本金2,660,000美元的美国国债，购入价为2,614,215.60美元，折合约2,048.68万港元，预期年化回报率3.78%，到期日为2026年11月27日。
此前于2026年3月11日，捷径已购入本金1,800,000美元的美国国债，购入价1,780,044.40美元，折合约1,395.52万港元，预期年化回报率3.65%，到期日为2026年7月2日。
根据香港上市规则第14.07条计算，集团本次交易的适用百分比率介于5%至25%之间，构成须予披露交易，需履行公告义务。
公司董事会表示，鉴于美国及香港的监管环境、国债预期收益率及低风险水平，相比银行定期存款，国债可为集团闲置资金带来更稳定且可观的回报。董事会亦确认，本次及此前的国债投资不会对集团财务状况造成不利影响，并将持续监控后续投资情况。
