本次回购价格为每股港币1.03元，合计支付金额约103万港元。公告显示，本次交易完成后，公司已发行股本维持2,968,341,398股，库藏股数量仍为0股，相关回购股份暂未注销。
根据公告，信利国际于2025年5月12日通过了回购授权，授权总额度为回购不超过316,110,539股公司股份。截至本次回购完成后，公司已根据该授权累计回购股份160,392,000股，约占回购授权通过当日已发行股本的5.074%。
