The cybersecurity company reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.32, beating analyst estimates of $0.30. Revenue reached $80.245 million, also exceeding expectations of $78.581 million. Cloud annual recurring revenue grew 23% year-over-year to $95.2 million, driven by expansion in the company's cloud security business.
Radware reported record revenue and earnings for both the fourth quarter and full year 2025, with particular strength in the EMEA region where revenue increased 38%. The company also highlighted advancements in its cloud application platform with new API security and agentic-AI protection capabilities.
