In a recent corporate announcement, CMA LOGISTICS (01292) has confirmed the election of Mr. Gong Yongming and Mr. Lu Zhongwu to serve as non-executive directors of the company.
These appointments will take effect immediately following the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting and will remain valid until the term of the sixth board of directors expires.
Furthermore, Mr. Gong Yongming has been designated as a member of the sixth Audit and Risk Management Committee, with this appointment becoming effective from June 30, 2026.
