LC LOGISTICS (02490) announced that on February 27, 2026, the company entered into a shipbuilding agreement with Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. and China Shipbuilding Trading Co., Ltd. Under the 2026 agreement, the shipbuilders are required to construct, launch, equip, and complete the acquired vessels according to specified specifications. The two vessels, identified as H1664 and H1665, are large container ships each with a capacity of 11,000 TEU. They will be sold and delivered to the company after completion and sea trials.
