China Life Insurance Company Limited has released the form of proxy for its Second Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) 2026, scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 24 September 2026, at the Multi-function Hall, 2/F, Block A, China Life Plaza, 16 Financial Street, Xicheng District, Beijing.

• Meeting agenda – The sole ordinary resolution seeks shareholder approval of the Company’s 2026 interim profit-distribution plan.
• Proxy arrangements – Shareholders may appoint the Chairman of the Meeting or another person as proxy. – Multiple proxies are permissible; each may vote only by poll. – Completed proxy forms for H-shareholders, together with notarised authorisations where applicable, must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong) no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 23 September 2026. – Voting instructions must be clearly marked “For,” “Against” or “Abstain”; unmarked items will be voted at the proxy’s discretion.
• Voting mechanics – Abstained shares will count toward the quorum and the calculation of the required majority. – In cases of joint shareholdings, the first-named holder on the register has priority to vote if more than one joint holder is present.
• Compliance and personal data – Signatories must ensure all alterations on the proxy form are initialled. – Personal data provided will be used solely for proxy processing, with rights of access and correction available under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
