SUPERACTIVE GP (00176) announced that Mr. Xie Tingjun has resigned as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination & Corporate Governance Committee, effective November 18, 2025, due to his intention to dedicate more time to other commitments. Separately, Mr. Lu Zhiqiang has resigned as Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent, effective January 1, 2026, citing personal career adjustments. Mr. Li Zhicheng has been appointed as the new Company Secretary, effective January 1, 2026.
