• Capital structure unchanged The authorised share capital stayed at 344.13 million shares with a par value of RMB 1 each, split into 336.35 million H shares and 7.78 million domestic shares.
• Outstanding H shares trimmed by 1.25 million During April the company repurchased 1.25 million H shares, cutting the outstanding H-share count to 327.56 million. Total issued shares (including treasury) remain at 336.35 million.
