2026年7月27日，高丰集团控股有限公司(02863)公告称，控股股东现有股份配售已于当日完成。配售代理已按配售协议条款，向不少于6名配售对象合共配售335,118,000股现有已发行股份。
配售分两批进行：2026年7月14日配售300,819,000股，2026年7月27日配售34,299,000股。
配售完成后，原主要股东大德投资贸易有限公司不再持有任何股份，亦不再为公司主要股东。公司主席兼执行董事高浚晞先生仍持有119,595,000股，占已发行股本约17.34%，继续为主要股东。
据配售代理披露，其中一名承配人江兴浩先生共购入95,967,000股配售股份，占公司已发行股本约13.92%，成为新的主要股东。
