IMAX CHINA Grants 855,200 Restricted Share Units and 356,900 Performance Share Units

IMAX CHINA (01970) announced that on March 9, 2026, the company granted a total of 855,200 restricted share units under its Restricted Share Unit Plan. These units represent approximately 0.25% of the company's issued share capital as of the announcement date.
On the same date, the company also granted a total of 356,900 performance share units under its Performance Share Unit Plan, equivalent to about 0.11% of the issued share capital.
Of the performance share units, 178,500 were granted to Mr. Manwaring and another 178,500 were allocated to other employee participants.
The closing price of the shares on the grant date was HK$8.04.
