近日，瑞声科技旗下远地科技ATAHORAN系列2.2MW/2.6MW集中式液冷CDU实现规模化量产，并同步开启全球批量交付。月交付产能达400台，稳居行业第一梯队。

2.2MW/2.6MW是当前商用液冷CDU顶级高功率规格，专为下一代AI智算中心、超算集群量身打造。该类产品对核心自研技术、极端工况稳定性、国际资质认证方面具有极高要求，全球仅有少数企业具备规模化量产能力。

据瑞声科技官宣，旗下远地科技已实现核心部件自研，在流量温控精度、动态负载响应、环境适应性等关键性能维度达到国际领先水准，可提全链路热管理整体解决方案。经过技术评审与现场考察后，某全球领先的AIDC运营商正式选定远地科技，作为其高功率2.2MW、2.6MW液冷CDU批量订单供应商，目前已按计划排产、分批交付。

目前，远地科技CDU月规模交付产能可达400台，产能水平位居国内前三，并可快速扩产，满足全球智算中心、超算集群的批量部署需求。其中，集中式CDU液冷解决方案，典型应用有上海联通临港算力中心、广州图灵AI新智算中心、珠海北师大超算中心、深圳鹏鼎算力中心等项目。分布式CDU液冷解决方案，典型应用有摩尔线程、锐捷网络、浪潮信息、中兴通讯、云尖信息、昆仑芯等客户。
