Golden Power lifts issued share count 20% to 38.88 million after HK$7.78 million share placement

Golden Power Group Holdings Limited (GOLDENPOWER) disclosed in its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing that it increased its issued ordinary share capital by 6.48 million shares in May 2026, taking the total from 32.40 million to 38.88 million shares. The new shares were placed on 19 May 2026 at HK$1.20 each, implying gross proceeds of approximately HK$7.78 million.

Authorized share capital remained unchanged at 100 million ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.20, equivalent to HK$20.00 million.

No treasury shares were held, issued or cancelled during the month, and the company confirmed that it continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 May 2026.

Golden Power reported no outstanding or newly exercised share options; its Share Option Scheme (adopted on 24 June 2025) still allows for the future issuance of up to 3.24 million shares. The filing indicates no warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments in issue.
