Golden Power Group Holdings Limited (GOLDENPOWER) disclosed in its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing that it increased its issued ordinary share capital by 6.48 million shares in May 2026, taking the total from 32.40 million to 38.88 million shares.
