朝聚眼科（02219）于2026年9月17日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示，公司在香港联交所场内回购普通股40,500股。该批股份最高回购价为每股2.46港元，最低回购价为每股2.435港元，合计支付约9.91万港元。上述回购股份数量约占公司现有已发行股本的0.006%。
公司已发行股份于回购完成后仍为701,460,000股，库藏股数保持0股。公告同时披露，董事会已于2026年5月12日通过股份回购授权，授权公司可回购最多70,518,050股。目前公司已根据该授权累计回购5,376,500股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的0.762%。
朝聚眼科确认，本次回购已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的各项要求。公告由执行董事兼联席公司秘书张光弟签署。
