CITIC FAMC (02799) announced its interim results for 2025, reporting total revenue from continuing operations of RMB 31.136 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 2.91%. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 6.168 billion, up 15.66% compared to the same period last year, with basic earnings per share of RMB 0.066.

The year 2025 marks a pivotal period for the group as it strives to achieve "significant improvement in quality and efficiency over three years" and embarks on the journey to "become an industry benchmark within five years." Under the correct leadership of CITIC Group's Party Committee, the group has steadfastly implemented central financial work arrangements, fully leveraging its financial rescue and counter-cyclical adjustment functions while actively serving national strategies and preventing financial risks.

Following the working principles of "optimizing assets, increasing revenue, enhancing cash recovery, reducing non-performing assets, promoting reforms, and strengthening internal capabilities," the company has continuously reinforced its core business capacity building and effectively served the real economy. The positive development momentum has been continuously consolidated and expanded, with operating performance maintaining steady growth.

In the first half of 2025, the group achieved total revenue of RMB 40.221 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 21.1%. Net profit attributable to company shareholders reached RMB 6.168 billion, up 15.7% year-on-year, or 27.5% when excluding the impact of the financial leasing company's deconsolidation. The annualized average return on equity stood at 21.1%, an improvement of 2.7 percentage points compared to 2024, while the annualized average return on assets reached 1.1%, up 0.35 percentage points from the previous year. Basic earnings per share amounted to RMB 0.066, demonstrating continued enhancement in profitability.
