此次增资将重点投入充电基础设施网络建设、本土化运营团队组建及数字化服务平台升级。东南亚作为全球新能源汽车增长最快的区域之一，其充电网络覆盖率与服务质量将成为九紫新能抢占市场先机的核心抓手。通过本次深度协同，双方有望在东南亚构建覆盖主要经济体的绿色能源补给生态。
值得关注的是，这已是晖能太阳能年内对九紫新能的第二轮战略性投资。此前双方已在技术共享与供应链优化领域达成多项合作，本次资本加持进一步凸显了合作伙伴对九紫新能商业模式及增长潜力的长期看好。
