On March 25, Ping An Asset Management Co., Ltd. purchased an additional 1.703 million shares of CM BANK (03968) at a price of HK$48.6898 per share. The total transaction value amounted to approximately HK$82.92 million. Following this acquisition, Ping An Asset Management's total holdings in the bank reached about 1.149 billion shares, representing a stake of 25.03%.
