Holly Futures announced that Ms. Chan Yin Wah will step down from three key posts—Joint Company Secretary, Alternate to Authorized Representative under Hong Kong Listing Rule 3.05, and Process Agent in Hong Kong—effective 28 April 2026, citing personal work arrangements. She confirmed no disagreements with the Board and no other matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.
Effective the same date, Ms. Chan Ching Hi will assume the vacated roles. Ms. Chan brings more than six years of corporate secretarial experience at SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited. She is an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK). Ms. Chan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Law and Business from Hong Kong Shue Yan University (2019) and a Master’s in Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2023).
Mr. Huang Haiqing, 43, continues as the other Joint Company Secretary. A certified economist with a master’s degree, Mr. Huang has served Holly Futures since 2009 in various leadership roles and has been Deputy General Manager since October 2020. The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has confirmed that Mr. Huang satisfies the professional qualification requirements under Listing Rules 3.28 and 8.17.
The Board expressed gratitude to Ms. Chan Yin Wah for her service and welcomed Ms. Chan Ching Hi to the executive team. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises two executive directors, two non-executive directors, three independent non-executive directors, and one employee director.
