CR BEVERAGE (02460) announced that Ms. Wu Xia will resign from her position as Chief Financial Officer effective February 13, 2026, due to other work commitments. The board of directors further announced the appointment of Ms. Huang Hu as Chief Financial Officer, effective from the same date.
