Beisen Holding Repurchases 250,000 Shares; Issued Float Shrinks by 0.03%

Beisen Holding Limited executed an on-market share buyback on 27 August 2026, acquiring 250,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 3.03 and HKD 3.10, for a total consideration of HKD 0.76 million. The volume-weighted average price was HKD 3.05 per share.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) declined to 723.17 million from 723.42 million, a reduction of 0.03%. Treasury shares increased to 14.68 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 737.84 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 18 September 2025, which authorises Beisen to repurchase up to 70.12 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 19.44 million shares, representing 2.77% of the company’s issued shares at the mandate date. A moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales is in effect until 26 September 2026.
